1571 - Using Sky Talk Voicemail

Sky Talk 1571 voicemail service allows you to receive messages from incoming callers if you're away from your telephone or engaged on another call.

To check if you have any voicemail messages, pick up your phone and listen to the dial tone. If you hear an intermittent dial tone, dial 1571 to access your mailbox.

Once you've listened to your message, you can choose to return the call by pressing 0. If you do, please note there's an additional 20p charge, and other relevant call charges will still apply.

You'll also have the option of listening to the message again and saving or deleting the message. If you choose to save a voicemail message, you can listen to it again by dialling 1571.

Once you’ve listened to your voicemail message, it’ll be deleted after 20 days. Any voicemail messages you haven't listened to will be deleted after 30 days.

Charges for Sky Talk voicemail

Sky Talk 1571 Voicemail is subject to a monthly charge of £1 per month (£1.25 per month from 1 December 2015). Please call us on 03332 022 133 if you’d like to remove this call feature.

Calls to Sky contact centres are free for Sky Talk customers. If you’re not with Sky Talk, calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calls to 01 or 02 numbers and are included in your calls package. If you don’t have a calls package, charges may apply, check your provider’s tariff guide.
