Fix this

Reject calls from withheld numbers

If you prefer not to receive anonymous calls, you can choose to reject them. People who withhold their number when trying to call you will no longer be able to get through.

How to reject anonymous calls

Dial star (*), 2, 2, 7, hash (#). You'll hear the message "callers who withhold their number will not be able to phone you" or a single, long high pitched tone to confirm activation.

Check if anonymous call rejection is activated

Dial star (*), hash (#), 2, 2, 7, hash (#). If you hear a confirmation message or a single, long high pitched tone then the feature is enabled.

If you hear a lower pitched, intermittent tone, this means the feature is disabled.

If you have tried to activate this service and hear the intermittent tone, please contact us for further assistance.

Cancelling anonymous call rejection

Dial hash (#), 2, 2, 7, hash (#). You'll hear the message "callers who withhold their number will be able to phone you" or a single, long high pitched tone to confirm deactivation.
