It’s easy to update your settings through My Sky. Sign in to My Sky and visit the Sky Broadband Pro settings tab.

Use the exclusive online forum where you can share your knowledge and learn how to get the most from your new features. Go to the Sky Broadband Pro forum and sign in to start posting.
To post on the forum you’ll need your Sky iD. If you manage your Sky account online using your Sky iD then you’re all set, just log in using the same details, choose a display name and you’re ready to post.
