Watch Sky online without a subscription

From 12 May 2015, Sky Go Monthly Ticket is no longer available to new customers. 

If you’re an existing Sky Go Monthly Ticket customer, you can still contact us and one of our Sky experts will be able to help.

  • What’s happening with my Sky Go Monthly Ticket subscription?

    Due to changes we’re making to our technology, from 6 July 2015 your Sky Go Monthly Ticket subscription is being switched off and will no longer be supported.

    This means you’ll no longer be able to watch Sky TV through the Sky Go Monthly Ticket service.

  • Why can’t I watch programmes through the Sky Go Monthly Ticket service?

    If you see the following message “Your Sky Go Monthly Ticket is no longer supported. Please call Sky on 03442 411 531 for how to watch this show”, this means that the Sky Go Monthly Ticket service has ended and you can no longer watch Sky programmes in this way. 

  • What happens if I've paid for my Sky Go Monthly Ticket for this month?

    You pay for your Sky Go Monthly Ticket in advance and will continue to get access to the service for the whole of your current payment period.

    As your current service is ending, after 1 June 2015 we won’t take any further payments from you for the last few days/weeks of your Sky Go Monthly Ticket subscription. Your subscription will end on 6 July 2015.
