  • iPhone/iPad

If you access Sky Yahoo Mail on your iPhone or iPad, you may have set it up as a “Gmail” account or as an “Other” account. Before you can view information on whether you need to update any settings, you'll need to check which way you have set up your Sky Yahoo Mail account.

    How to check your settings

    1. On your iPhone or iPad, tap Settings followed by Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Select your Sky Yahoo Mail account.
    2. On the next screen, tap your Account again.
    3. Check the SMTP field.
    • If it reads “smtp.gmail.com”, you'll need to create your Sky Yahoo Mail account again using the correct Sky Yahoo Mail settings. This is because your Sky Yahoo Mail account will currently be using the Google settings which will stop working following the Sky Yahoo Mail launch.
