Broadband: Use this link if you are having trouble with your Sky Broadband, router or Sky Email.
Sky Talk: Use this link if you are having issues with your Sky Talk telephone service or features.
Account and billing: Use this link if you are having problems with your Sky account, including paying bills or updating your account details.
Online services: Use this link if you are experiencing issues with Sky iD.

Call us on 03442 414 141. Our advisors are here to take these calls every day from 6am until midnight. Calls to and from our advisors may be recorded or monitored for training and other purposes.
