Forgotten username or password
If you've forgotten your username or password, don't worry, you can retrieve it and change it online.

Get a username reminder
Visit the forgotten username page and you can choose to have an email reminder sent to the email address you gave to Sky when you signed up, or use your Sky account details to view the usernames associated with your household on screen. You'll need your Sky Account number, TV viewing card number or the last 6 digits of the bank account number used to pay your Sky bill to do this.
Reset your password
Visit the forgotten password page, enter your username and select Continue. You can reset your password using your email address, security question or Sky account details (you’ll need the last 6 digits of the bank account number used to pay your Sky bill for this option).
Your password must be at least seven characters long, with a mix of letters and numbers. It should not start with a number, or contain your username or the word 'password.' Once you've chosen and confirmed your new password, select Submit.
If you do not have a method set up to reset your password, please call Sky on 08442 411 653 in the UK or 0818 719 819 in the Republic of Ireland, we can verify your identity and help you reset your password. If you don't have a Sky household account we will be unable to identify you, and you should create a new Sky iD.
