Sky engineers are great at what they do. It’s no wonder that more than 90% of problems are fixed on the first visit. Sky Protect gives you access to Sky engineers and our dedicated UK call centres seven days a week. If something goes wrong, we’ll have everything up and running again as soon as possible.

Sky Protect is the only insurance endorsed by Sky and it’s provided by Domestic & General, the UK’s leading specialist warranty provider. Together, we make sure that you stay tuned to your favourite on-screen entertainment.

90% first time resolution rate is calculated from the Right First Time Sky report, National Average between June 2010 and July 2011. All items subject to the policy terms and conditions. There is no limit to the number of Sky boxes you can register provided the boxes are all registered to the same account. Calls cost 5.1p per minute (plus 13.1p connection fee) from a BT landline. Charges from other providers may vary. Prices correct at January 2012. Lines open 8am – 11pm, 7 days a week.
